Confessionals of That Asian Girl is a community-building space truth-seeking and digitally archiving Asian femme experience, centered around a decolonial lens of healing.

This is a safe space for us to share our truths, and with open hearts, welcomes the experiences of any and all Asian and Asian-American women, femmes, queer and gender expansive people from across our vast, global diasporas and ancestral homelands.
 
Truth is a function of liberation. My relationship with truth has always been complex as a survivor of many things, but mostly what it has meant to grow up as an Asian girl in America. Confessionals is a love letter of liberation to my younger self, and the America I once looked to, to save me.
It’s a love letter of liberation to Asian women, femmes, and queer folks everywhere to confess -
we are Not Your Fetish,
Not Your (Model) Minority,
+ Not "That Asian Girl".
